Helm of Awe

It is one of the most mysterious and powerful symbols in Norse mythology.
Helm of Awe is a magical symbol used for protection before battle, believed to make soldiers fearless and courageous in battle. Soldiers going to war draw this symbol in the middle of their eyebrows, that is, on their foreheads, and say:
“Ægishjálm er ég ber national brúna mér!” i.e. “I carry the Helm of Awe on my forehead!”
Thus, they go to fight their enemies, believing that they will win the war.
